Return Policy
Printed, washed, re-labeled or decorated merchandise is non-returnable. Only goods that have not been tried on, worn, altered, dyed, stained, washed or processed in any way can be considered for return. All claims must be made within 5 working days from receipt of goods. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. A proper return authorization number must be obtained from Article.1 prior to returning any goods. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be refused and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. Any and all goods shipped back to Article.1 without proper RA information will automatically become property of Article.1. We reserve the right to charge a 20% re-stocking fee and any applicable shipping charges on all returned or refused orders. There is a minimum $10 restocking fee. Once all items are checked in and approved, our credit department will issue the credit for the returned items less the 20% restocking and shipping fees.
